CSI’s team of adjusters has mastered the field of adjusting household goods claims, arbitration cases and resolving charge-backs and complaints. Our compliance department has become one of the leading and most comprehensive and popular customized Tariff and Moving Contracts provider in the industry. Our Training services are not only popular but up to date with the current industry rules and regulations allowing carriers to implement necessary adjustments to their operations methods while assuring compliance and safety. CSI’s greatest invention of outsourced customer service has been a great success since 2011 making us the first claims company ever offering such a solution to our valued carriers. We are also proud to announce our new arbitration program tailored to allow carriers to comply with federal regulations and all under one roof called CSI.

The Founder & President

Donna Gotlib - President & AMSA Certified Claims Adjuster

Donna Gotlib CSI’s Founder and President have turned the most paper based service in the moving industry into a complete electronic web based system with minimal footprint while turning into a green business. Her computer programming knowledge and claims experience as a Claims Adjuster and Customer Service Manager for Mayflower Transit agent, one of the country’s largest Van Lines, has allowed her to combine both passions into a sophisticated yet user friendly software which made CSI the leading moving claims service provider in the country.

Donna a Certified Claims & Arbitration Adjuster by the American Moving & Storage Association since 2003 has 13 years of experience in the Moving Industry in Sales, Training, Operations’ Manager for large known moving companies, and claims. Donna’s passion for law and firsthand experience in the moving industry has guided her as an entrepreneur in the creation of CSI’s unique claims & arbitration procedures and policies. Donna’s vision that education is the key to betterment and her desire to assist both carriers and customers in achieving fast resolutions has turned educating CSI’s employees, carriers and customers alike to be CSI’s top priority along with sense of urgency and courtesy which made CSI the leader and standard setter in claims resolution, compliance and customer service.

Lawrence J. Roberts

Lawrence J. Roberts & Associates, P.A., an AV rated Coral Gables, Florida-based Transportation and Commercial Litigation law firm, combines experience with the highest level of expertise.  The firm focuses its practice in the following areas: Business and Commercial Litigation, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance Law, Litigation and Appeals, and Transportation Law.

Lawrence Roberts is the founding principal of the firm.  The firm’s ability to represent its clients both regionally and nationally, combined with their experience in the area of transportation law, are what set them apart.  Mr. Roberts’ experience in the field of transportation law spans more than 25 years.

The firm’s corporate clients include railroads, steamship lines, trucking companies, freight forwarders (surface, air, and ocean), transportation brokers, and moving and storage companies. The firm represents clients at all levels of the state and federal court systems, as well as before administrative and regulatory agencies.  The firm’s clients include: American President Lines, Ltd., Estes Express Lines, FedEx Ground, Mayflower Transit, LLC, Travelers Insurance, United Van Lines, LLC, and Vanliner Insurance Company.  The firm represents these companies in their contract and litigation matters, and in compliance actions involving government regulatory agencies such as the Surface Transportation Board and the Florida Department of Transportation. Roberts & Associates’ comprehensive experience in the field allows the firm to supervise and manage their clients’ litigated matters both regionally and nationally.  In addition, the firm’s working familiarity with our industry, coupled with Mr. Roberts’ 25 years’ experience, allows the firm to offer its services efficiently and cost effectively to its clients.

Mr. Roberts is admitted to practice in Florida and in the federal courts in Florida, Massachusetts, Arizona, Wisconsin, Colorado, and Texas.  He also is admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.  In addition, Mr. Roberts has practiced pro hac vice in the federal courts of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, California, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York.  He has tried jury and non-jury cases in the federal courts of Florida, Texas, California, New York, Alabama, Georgia, and New Jersey, most notably in the areas of federal preemption of state law claims, limitations of liability, carrier salvage rights, and enforcement of timely claim filing requirements. He has more than a dozen published federal decisions. Several were precedent-setting cases, and all involved the motor carrier industry.

Our Manager

Daniel-PicDaniel has brought his experience in managing over 100 sales representatives to the CSI team and has implemented his skills and knowledge in management, customer service, HR, team leading, business development and conflict management. His 10 years experience has made him a great addition to the CSI family and a great leader. His skills, motivation, great attitude and loyalty have allowed him to become a successful manager and a role model. Daniel’s has implemented methods which have contributed to CSI’s employees’ educational programs for our customer service, claims, compliance, complaints and marketing departments. Daniel’s attention to details, self educating abilities along with his claims and dispute experience has made him one of CSI’s greatest assets.


Our Staff

CSI’s Adjusters and customer service representatives have an extensive customer service experience, they have all come from the insurance or medical industries where claims filing and dealing with irate customers and sensitive situations are part of the daily tasks. Our team have successfully completed a 4 months training period which included learning the claim adjusting ethics and methods, moving industry history and the development of the rules and regulations and current applicable laws and amendments in affect. They have been trained in the art of responding to public complaints, credit card charge-backs, online consumers’ complaints, arbitration case, Full Value Claims, Local, Intrastate, Interstate and International claims.
